Live Jazz & Jam Night
Rouge presents a weekly Live Jazz & Open Jam Night in the heart of Darling Harbour. From relaxed early sessions to live band performances, the evening brings together musicians and guests in a social, music-driven setting.
Open Jam Session
From 6:00pm, the stage is open to all musicians with a plug-and-play setup including stage, mixer, and sound. A welcoming environment for singers and instrumentalists to join and perform.
Live Jazz Band
From 7:30pm to 10:00pm, the Rougettes Jazz Band delivers a live set, setting the tone for the evening before the jam session continues later into the night.
Rooftop Atmosphere
Set on our Darling Harbour terrace, enjoy an open-air setting with harbour views, relaxed seating, and a social atmosphere inspired by classic Sydney jazz sessions.
Cigar Lounge & Bar
Designated cigar lounge area on the terrace with shisha available for purchase, complemented by full bar service and comfortable booth seating for groups.
